Your right under PIPEDA. We'll execute your request within 30 days.

Once you submit this request, your name, DOB, ID number hash, photos, and all associated records will be deleted from our database. You can re-register at any time, but your barcode token will change. Past audit log entries are retained for 5 years for compliance purposes (the entries reference only your token, not your personal information after deletion).
Option 1: Submit a deletion request
We'll review and execute within 30 days. You'll receive email confirmation when complete.
Option 2: Immediate deletion
Delete your account right now. Your data will be removed within seconds. No review, no email confirmation.
Other privacy rights
Beyond deletion, under PIPEDA you also have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
- Correction — request fixes to inaccurate data
- Withdraw consent — same effect as deletion

If you're unsatisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at 1-800-282-1376.
